CV.28.02.25 238 BOX BSTB F400 CARACTERÍSTICAS CONSTRUCTIVAS • Ventiladores serie BSTBmontados en cajas de reunión aisladas acústicamente. • Ventilador montado sobre amortiguadores de goma. • Ventilador centrífugo con sistema autolimpiante y rodetes de álabes hacia atrás (a reacción) de simple oído. • El ventilador se suministra con motor montado en base, con poleas y correas. • Salida de cables por prensaestopas. • Motor asíncrono normalizado de jaula de ardilla con protección IP-55 y aislamiento clase F. Voltajes estándar 230/400-460V 60Hz para motores trifásicos hasta 4kW y 400-460/690V 60Hz para potencias superiores. Si la frecuencia nominal de donde se instala el motor es de 60Hz, deberá usarse un VFD para que el motor trabaje a 50Hz, ya que esta es la frecuencia a la que el ventilador ha sido homologado para trabajar a 400ºC/2h. APLICACIONES Diseñados para la instalación en conducto, en interior o intemperie, son indicados para: • Renovación de aire en todo tipo de edificios e industrias. • Extracción de humo en caso de incendio estando el motor fuera de la zona de riesgo (certificado 400ºC/2h). • Campanas de cocina industriales y profesionales. • Temperatura máxima de trabajo en continuo: aire transportado: 130ºC, ambiente: 60ºC. BAJO DEMANDA • Voltajes especiales. • Motores 2 velocidades. • Posición LG90 (descarga horizontal). • Posición LG0 (descarga vertical). Esta gama es a transmisión, cada modelo se puede fabricar a distintas RPM, en caso de pedido se debe indicar las RPM a las que desea el equipo para que el modelo quede correctamente definido y sea adecuado a sus necesidades. MANUFACTURING FEATURES • BSTB range fans assembled in soundproof cabinets with acoustic insulation panels. • Fan assembled on antivibration mountings. • Simple inlet backward curved impeller with self-cleaning system. • Supplied with motor assembled on base, pulleys and belts. • Connection gland included. • Standard asynchronous squirrel-cage motor with IP-55 protection and Class F insulation. Manufactured with standard voltages: 230/400-460V 60Hz in three phase motors up to 4kW and 400460/690V 60Hz for higher powers.If the nominal frequency where the motor is installed is 60Hz, a VFD must be used for the motor to work at 50Hz, since this is the frequency at which the fan has been approved to work at 400ºC/2h.
