El sombrero en ABS se caracteriza por su tenacidad, resistencia a impactos y es capaz de soportar temperaturas ambiente extremas. El 100% del ABS usado en el sombrero es reciclado. • El diseño del sombrero con forma redondeada es específico para minimizar los riesgos de entrada de agua por lluvia (incluso racheada). • Dotado de sistema batiente para la apertura del conjunto motorturbina. Este sistema permite el fácil mantenimiento y limpieza del conjunto sin necesidad de desmontar toda la estructura. La apertura es posible en 2 inclinaciones: 45º y 90º aproximadamente, según requiera la intervención. • Estructura en acero galvanizado anticorrosivo y marco soporte de adaptación a tejado con rejilla de protección antipájaros. • Turbinas de álabes curvados hacia atrás (a reacción) de alto rendimiento, diseñadas para trabajar sin voluta o scroll. Con sistema autolimpiante, equilibradas estáticamente. Construidas en acero galvanizado tratado anticorrosivo. •Motor de jaula de ardilla asíncrono estándar con protección IP-55 y aislamiento Clase F. Voltajes estándar 230V 50Hz para motores monofásicos y 230/400V 50Hz paramotores trifásicos de una velocidad hasta 4kW y 400/690V 50Hz parapotencias superiores y 400V 50Hz para motores 2 velocidades. APLICACIONES Diseñados para montaje en cubierta o tejado, son indicados para: • Extracción de humos. • Renovación de aire en todo tipo de edificios e industrias. • Temperatura máxima de trabajo en continuo: aire transportado 80ºC, ambiente 60ºC a -25ºC en motores trifásicos. MANUFACTURING FEATURES • ABS protection cowl (KENTALROOF CONFORT) and in anticorrosive treated aluminum (KENTALROOF-A CONFORT) easily removable for access to motor and impeller thanks to the integrated hinged system. The ABS cowl is characterized by its toughness, resistance to impacts and is able to withstand extreme ambient temperatures. 100% of the ABS used in the this cowl is recycled. • The design of the cowl with a rounded shape is specific to minimize the risk of water ingress due to rain. • Equipped with a hinged system to open the motor-impeller set. This system allows easy maintenance and cleaning of the set without the need to disassemble the entire structure. The opening is possible in 2 inclinations: approximately 45º and 90º, as required by the intervention. • Structure in anticorrosive galvanized steel and support frame for adaptation to the roof with anti-bird protection grid. • High-performance, backward-curved blade (reaction) impellers designed to work without scroll.
