We are pleased to inform you that CASALS VENTILACION has reached an agreement to join the VORTICE Group, through which it acquires all our shareholders. The VORTICE Group is an Italian multinational that designs, produces and distributes products for air treatment.
The integration of Casals Ventilación within the VORTICE Group will generate synergies that will have an impact on the optimization of management processes and instruments, with a direct impact on improving customer satisfaction. It will also lead to one of the most extensive ventilation and air treatment catalogs in the market, as well as expand its presence in the international market. Likewise, logistics, the development of new products and the improvement of productivity will be enhanced through collaboration between both societies. This integration also opens up new possibilities in the field of R&D, especially focused on the constant concern of the two companies for the improvement of efficiency in our products.
The company will maintain its corporate name, identity and brand, as well as all its essential values, such as customer orientation, flexibility and agility.

Casals Ventilación has its production plants, as well as its R&D center in Sant Joan de les Abadesses and Ripoll (Girona), while the central offices are located in Barcelona.
Founded in 1881 for the manufacture of industrial fans, today it specializes in the production of efficient fans for application both in industry and in the tertiary sector, but has also expanded its catalog in heat recovery and residential ventilation, two points that will be seen strongly benefited from the new agreement.
Casals Ventilación has a powerful distribution network in Spain and is present on all four continents, with distribution in a total of 57 countries. From this moment on, it will also take hold in many other markets where the VORTICE Group already has a presence.
The company has had a solid growth of 30% in the last 4 years, becoming one of the main references in the sector. The finding that Casals Ventilación is a growing company is what has made this agreement possible, which, in turn, will allow for greater progress and solidity in the internationalization project that has been developed since 2011.
Both companies will maintain their family business profile and independent character. From this union, the only result is a benefit of creating synergies at the product and market level.
