STELLAR BLAST is a transmission up-blast roof or cover fan specially designed for smoke extraction in professional kitchens using vertical discharge. With a belt driven system and made of aluminum, it is very light and resistant to corrosion. In addition, it has a drainage tube for grease and, as an accessory, a stainless steel box can be installed to collect these fluids.

ADVANTAGES OF UP BLAST OR MUSHROOM FANS
Fans whose cowl at the top resembles the a mushroom cap, with a body that extends downwards, are called mushroom fans. This distinctive shape helps protect the fan and internal components from the elements, such as rain and snow, while allowing efficient air exhaust.
They are also known as up-blast fans, referring to the direction in which air is expelled. In up-blast fans, air is pushed upward and discharged vertically to the outside. This is especially useful in industrial and commercial applications, such as STELLAR BLAST, where it is necessary to expel contaminated, hot or particle-laden air out of the building efficiently and quickly, even more so when it comes to kitchen odors.
