KASTORM, a versatile fan in installation, compact and with a sealed shaft
With a compact and cubic design, the KASTORM and KASTORM ATEX medium pressure fan is distinguished by its ability to adapt to different installation configurations. This versatility makes the installer's job easier by offering a single solution for multiple applications, reducing the complexity and costs associated with equipment selection and installation.
The fan's B5 motor guarantees an airtight seal thanks to a watertight shaft, which ensures tight air and dust flow. This feature is essential to maintain system integrity in environments where safety and contamination protection are a priority.
KASTORM ATEX ZONE 21 and ZONE 22
The KASTORM ATEX version is designed to meet the highest safety standards. This fan offers reliable performance in both gaseous (Zone 1 and 2) and dusty (Zone 21 and 22) potentially explosive environments.
Suitable for moving clean or slightly dusty air, also in ATEX classified premises, providing a controlled and safe air flow in demanding conditions.

MANUFACTURING FEATURES

Reinforced cubic housing made of carbon laminated steel, protected against corrosion by powder coating of RAL 5010 polyester resin. C3 finish.

Self-cleaning turbine and reinforced impeller of high-performance backward blades made of carbon laminated steel dynamically balanced to minimize noise and vibrations. Painted black RAL 9005.

Standardized asynchronous squirrel cage motor with IP-55 protection and class F electrical isolation. Standard voltages 230/400V 50 and 60Hz for three-phase motors up to 4kW and 400/690V 50 and 60Hz for higher powers.

Motor with flange (B5) and waterproof shaft.

Maximum continuous working temperature: transported air: 130ºC, ambient: 60ºC.
