Uganda Field Team Honored

The U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) Office of Transition Initiatives (OTI) awarded the Casals & Associates OTI Northern Uganda Transition Initiative (NUTI) field team the prestigious USAID/OTI Field Team Award for 2009. USAID grants this award annually to the single best OTI project in the world.

Recent Contract Award

Casals & Associates, as a subcontractor to Business and Strategies in Europe (B&S Europe), was recently selected for a European Commission "Framework Contract Lot 7: Culture, Governance and Home Affairs." The award is one of the European Commission’s most active umbrella vehicles for civil society promotion, rule of law, democratization, public administration reform, anticorruption, access to justice, human rights and dentralization technical services.

Managing a training program for business leaders from Russia and Kazakhstan on the link between good corporate governance and effective anticorruption programs.
